Thank you for choosing Cat Macdonald Photography.
All payments made for photography services, retainers, session fees, digital products, and delivered images are non-refundable. Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of photography services—and the instant delivery of digital products—refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Retainers & Session Fees
All retainers and session fees are non-refundable. These payments reserve your date and time on our calendar and ensure that we turn away other bookings for that time slot.
Photography Services
Payments made toward any photography package, session, or wedding collection are non-refundable, whether paid in part or in full. Please refer to your signed photography agreement for additional policies regarding rescheduling, cancellations, or transferring services.
Digital Products
Any digital files, galleries, presets, guides, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
Prints, Albums & Physical Products
All printed products and albums are custom-made and therefore non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will work with the print lab to resolve the issue.
